The Bugline Trail runs from Menomonee Falls to Merton in the Milwaukee suburbs along a 16 mile section of old railroad that used to haul stone from the local quarries. I got on by the Costco in Men Falls and the trail ends in a neighborhood with no signage. Your last stop will be Menomonee Falls where the trail comes to an abrupt end. The upside of Sussex was finding therailroad station along the trail and a sign at the old mill giving a nice history lesson on therailroad.The remainder of the ride to Merton was pleasant. We stopped on thebridge over the Canadian National tracks and watched a train go by on the Union Pacificon the line we would soon go under on our way into Sussex. Its really nice and well marked.
