Baggit India Private Limited Diversifies: Unveiling a Sparkling Venture into the Jewellery Segment

Baggit India Private Limited is set to enter the jewellery segment, expanding its product range beyond bags and accessories.

Baggit India Private Limited, a specializing in bags and accessories, aims to open up to five new stores monthly and expand globally via platforms like Amazon.

The company is also set to grow its retail network to over 500 stores in the next five years, with a goal of opening 60 additional stores by FY 2025 through franchising and achieving a 25-30% annual growth rate.

Founded in 1989 by NINA LEKHI, Baggit India Private Limited has evolved from a single Mumbai store to a major industry player, producing 200,000 pieces monthly and valued at over Rs 100 crores. The brand, which recently opened its 100th store in Vijayawada, also sells through major retail chains and traditional retailers with over 30 distributors.
