Levis’Store just opened up retail store on BananiRoad in Dhaka, Bangladesh, and a top company executive shared the news on social media.
The store, spanning 2270sqft., is decked out with the latest Levis’Store gear for both guys and gals, including their iconic 501 jeans.
“I’m super excited to announce the grand opening of our very first Levi’s store in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Our game plan and unique products put us in a strong position for long-term success, and we’re all about giving Bangladeshi shoppers a full-on Levi’s® experience, tailored just for them,” gushed Amisha Jain, the Managing Director and SVP for South Asia, Middle East, Africa, Non-EU at Levi Strauss & Co., as she posted some snapshots of the store on LinkedIn.
Jain highlighted that this expansion is a big deal, emphasizing the brand’s commitment to connecting directly with consumers and seizing the opportunity in Bangladesh’s fast-growing market, fueled by bustling urban life and a vibrant consumer scene.
Levi Strauss & Co., a clothing company dating back to 1853, is famous for its Levi’s brand jeans. Alongside Levi’s, the company’s lineup includes Dockers, Signature, Denizen, and BeyondYoga.
