Fashion retailer V2 Retail opens 2 outlets

Value fashion brand V2 Retail Ltd has recently inaugurated two new stores in Eastern India, Nath Nagar Road, Bhagalpur and in Kurji, Patna.

V2 Retail Ltd plans to open 25 new stores in India in the coming few months. The family-centred apparel business aims to expand with an omni-channel approach and focus on profitability.

According to V2 Retail Ltd’s director Akash Agarwal, the company is concentrating on profitability as part of its ambition to reach an earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortisation rate of Rs 100 crore in the fiscal year 2025. The company said last month in a statement to the Bombay Stock Exchange that its EBITDA for the third quarter of the 2024 fiscal year was Rs 60.9 crore, which is 60% more than it was for the same period in the 2023 fiscal year, which was Rs 38.1 crore.

Ram Chandra Agarwal, the brand’s founder, said that the company intends to balance ambition with ethical business standards as it continues to grow through an omni-channel approach. Agarwal’s main goals are to establish V2 Retail Ltd as the industry’s go-to option for fashion, streamline omni-channel operations, and encourage profitable expansion of its e-commerce business.
